This course is aimed towards Chief Executives and aspiring CEOs.

Of all the complex, sensitive and stressful issues that confront CEOs, none consumes as much time, generates as much angst, or extracts such a high personal toll as dealing with Board or executive team members who are failing.

This course assists CEOs through the decisions that they must make as they create their executive team.

Method of training

This is a one-day Course delivered in-person as a practical workshop. This can be delivered to one person and tailored to that CEO, senior executive and their organisation. When delivered to a group, the maximum number of delegates is six.

Who will deliver the training?

Responsible officer with over 35 years of clinical experience and experience in senior leadership roles.

Former Lloyd’s of London regulatory lawyer with over 30 years experience and experience in senior leadership roles.
