Transparency Policy Statement

Iodem Ltd are an established business in the health and social care sectors. We are focussed on the UK market and view our overall risk to be low. However, we are not complacent and have a zero tolerance policy toward modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking or other rights violations. We do all that we are able to, to ensure that our supply chains are free from modern slavery.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business dealings.

Employees: we verify that our employees have the right to work in the country in which our business employs them: Employees have a contract of employment in line with appropriate national legislation requirements: Employees are paid in accordance with their role and at least as much as required by statutory pay legislation. Employees have the right to raise any concerns without the risk or fear of reprisal.

Suppliers and sub-contractors: we incorporate due diligence actives prior to approval of suppliers and sub-contractors. They are then subject to ongoing reviews. Our company culture is shared with approved suppliers and we expect them to share our values, ensuring fair and equal treatment, dignity at work and the prevention of any form of discrimination among their workforce and through our joint supply chain.

Training ensures our purchasing activities are conducted with appropriate awareness and understanding of the signs of modern slavery. If we suspect slavery activities may be taking place in our supply chain it will be raised with our Directors.

We may terminate a contract at any time due to the discovery of an event of modern slavery.
